We measure in seconds: a 30-minute session uses 30 minutes of your hours, not a whole hour. And overage is billed in whole hours only: the spare minutes accumulate and are charged only once they complete an hour.

Prices are what you pay. Hours are ON-AIR hours: the clock runs between GO ON AIR and STOP, so coffee and lunch breaks cost nothing if you come off air for them — which is why a full 9-to-6 conference day fits inside an 8-hour pass. Multi-mic events don’t cost multiple events: a second microphone adds 25% to the hours, not 100%, so a two-mic panel runs at 1.25× and a full four-mic one at 1.75× — the hours above are the figure with every microphone that plan offers open at once, and the bracket is what the same allowance buys on a single microphone. Annual is ten monthly payments — two months free — and it is one pool of hours for the whole year: spend it when your season falls. Extra hours are never billed during a live session; they are tallied afterwards.
FAQ
How much do I get to try?
One hour, no expiry, no card — and it is the whole product, translation included. Enough to prove it on your own rig before you decide.
What counts as usage?
Only live session time, metered on our side while audio is relayed. A stopped session bills nothing, so a coffee or lunch break you come off air for uses no hours, and projecting the join QR before the doors open costs nothing at all.
What happens when my hours run out?
On a paid plan, nothing: the live session is never interrupted. You are warned, and extra hours bill afterwards: 12 €/h on an Accessibility subscription and 20 €/h on the others; on a pass, 20 / 40 / 60 €/h depending on the plan. The free trial is the only plan that stops, because there is no card behind it.
Pass or subscription?
From the second event in a month the subscription gives you more hours for the same money or less, and nothing is lost between events — buying a second pass starts a fresh allowance, so whatever was left on the first one is gone. Below that the pass is cheaper. And if you run past a pass’s hours, nothing stops: the extra is billed afterwards, but at more than the pass’s own hourly rate, so a second day is better bought as another pass, and two passes already cost more than a month.
What hours does the annual plan give me?
Twelve months of hours in a single pool for the whole year — 360 h on Accessibility and Event Pro, 600 h on Broadcast — instead of a monthly allowance that expires. You pay ten monthly payments and you can spend all of it across your two congress seasons if that is how your year runs. The pool refills on your renewal date.
Do you charge per attendee or per language?
No, and we do not plan to. Two hundred people on two hundred phones in twelve languages costs the same as one.
How many microphones can I use?
One on the free trial and on Accessibility, two on Event Pro, four on Broadcast Multi-Mic. Each is a separate audio input with its own caption, colour, screen position and speaker name — and the speaker names are what let the AI minutes say who decided what. On Event Pro and Broadcast Multi-Mic the headline hours are the figure with every microphone of the plan open at once, and the bracket is what the same allowance buys on a single microphone — an event on fewer microphones draws on it more slowly.
What does my audience see on Accessibility?
The same captions as the venue screen, on their own phone, in the language being spoken — that plan transcribes but does not translate. From Event Pro upwards each attendee picks their own language from the fifty instead.
Do seats cost extra?
No. The subscription plans include up to 25 technician seats sharing one pool of hours.
Will it survive a live event?
The caption engine and the NDI output run on your machine; if the link drops the audience feed fades to transparent instead of freezing. Nothing on our side interrupts a session that is on air.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — manage or cancel from the Stripe customer portal in your dashboard.
