Accessible assemblies on a budget that actually exists
A conference about inclusion that some people cannot follow is a known problem. An interpretation booth to avoid it rarely fits the budget.

The problem in an assembly
- The event is about inclusion and is not captioned.
- Interpretation is the first line cut when the budget tightens.
- The grant report asks for accessibility evidence and there is none to submit.
- The membership is multilingual and the assembly runs in one language.
How it is set up
With the venue’s sound system
Or the computer’s audio when the assembly is online.
Captions on the event screen
Over HDMI, over NDI when there is a production, or on a TV with a browser.
Members follow on their phones
With a code printed on the notice of meeting.
And the minutes remain
Agreements and votes included.
What participants get
Each person picks their language
With no per-language or per-attendee charge.
Read or listen
With their own earphones.
Vote from a phone
With results projected in the room.
Reading settings
Size and contrast on their own device.
What you get afterwards
An audience report
How many devices and which languages. Submittable evidence.
Minutes with agreements and votes
Every poll result is folded into the document.
Transcript and captions
To publish the event accessibly.
Where it shows
You can buy a single event
No subscription, no lock-in and a published price.
No per-attendee or per-language cost
Captioning in three languages costs what one costs.
Write to us if you are a non-profit
We consider terms for associations, education and the public sector.
What is stored stays in Europe
Audio is transcribed in the EU by default for accounts in Europe, and the live path stores nothing.
Accessibility
Captioning the spoken language already covers the accessibility case. Event Pro when translation is needed too.
Frequently asked questions
Are there non-profit terms?
Write to us and we will look at it. We also invoice against a purchase order for organisations that need it.
Can it be used for one event a year?
Yes. There is an event pass with no subscription.
Does it count as grant evidence?
There is a downloadable audience report per session, with devices and languages, on every session. On what your specific call requires, check first.
What about sign language?
We do not offer it. If your event has a sign language interpreter, their window can be composited alongside the captions in the same signal.
